Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in the FULL FEE charged to your account as a missed appointment. Missed appointment fees are due prior to your next appointment. Non payment for a missed appointment will result in discharge from Massage Therapy services at this clinic. Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointment fees.
